The play areas are located under five plane trees. Challenging, remarkable and open to play, they encourage children to make up their own rules. Micro-landscapes made up of circles, lines and polygons shift beneath the tree crowns in the centre of the school courtyard.
The second phase of construction is still under way. This will be followed by ground markings in the geometric shapes corresponding to the spatial play themes. See you – in Duisburg-Hamborn.
