The garden wraps around the house in an L-shape. The terrace is set back from the house and allows a view over the entire garden.
The garden extends, slightly indented, to the low point at the hobbit cave. Over the years, the spatial composition becomes more perceptible when the dense fringe of bamboo and dogwood will emphazise the little valley.
